Abstract: Preservice teachers in a children’s literature course partnered with two fourth grade classrooms to have virtual discussions using a blog about books they were reading. The participating classroom teacher and college professor present an overview of the project, the impact of the project on both sets of students, and the benefits and challenges of this type of learning experience.
