The expansion of technical tools for training and management of employees has brought great benefits to organizations of all types. Concurrently, there is an increased demand for technical literacy among employees at all levels of organizations beginning with the application process and extending throughout the life of an employee’s time with the firm. This paper will explore the potential of e-learning to enhance both corporate performance and also the accessibility and opportunity of employment and advancement for skilled trade workers.
