Abstract: This study clarifies the following: 1) the recognized issues and the solutions implemented by the members of the University in introducing the e-learning program, and 2) the key factors in the successful efforts of the University administration. In this study, thirteen participant-interviewees were asked. They consist of professors, academic assistants (educational coaches), members of the administrative staff, and some e-learning graduates. In analyzing, theory of Constraints was used.
