Presented by Panelists from 2010 National Technology Leadership Summit (NTLS). Panelists will discuss (1) Performance assessment and project-based learning as crucial elements to the development of 21st century skills in both teachers and learners and (2) Methods for documenting progress toward meeting standards for performance.
