Abstract:This study is analyzing the application of blended learning in Payam Nour University, PNU and offering some suggestion for applying this kind of learning in the system of higher education in Iran. In this research a questionnaire including 22 questions were utilized. Analysis of data from descriptive statistics includes frequency and percentage.According to results of this research and viewpoint of teachers and professors of this branch of PNU, there is a tendency to traditional trend of learning in this faculty, but they also believe that this kind of learning is not capable of meeting all cognitive, emotional and educational needs of students by itself. They believe that there is a tendency for applying blended learning and they suggest that national, local and technical factors influence the tendency to blended learning. Analyzing the data revealed that blended learning is capable of satisfying education, emotional and mental needs and it could be considered an appropriate replacement for tradition learning.
