Abstract: The IRIS Center creates free, online course-enhancement materials for college faculty who teach pre-service general education teachers, school administrators, school counselors and school nurses to equip these personnel to effectively teach students with disabilities in general education classrooms. In this presentation, IRIS staff will demonstrate the resources available on the IRIS Web site, and members of college faculty will be on hand to talk about their use of IRIS resources in the classroom. IRIS staff will also highlight the format of IRIS’s STAR Legacy Modules and allow conference participants to engage in a STAR Legacy learning cycle. Additionally, presentation leaders will provide suggestions on how to effectively use the IRIS materials in college courses.
