Abstract: In the twenty-first century, preparing students to be a multiliterate person in order to be successful in a technology-driven society and workplace has become an issue for educators to think about. Web 2.0 learning, which engages students in an active, collaborative, learner-centered and technology-oriented learning environment, has gradually caught the attentions of teachers in PK-12 and higher education.
