Abstract: Multimedia technologies can enable teachers to create meaningful learning opportunities for students. With the advent of Web 2.0 and Cloud Computing programs, teachers have ready access to a multitude of programs that could be used as cognitive assistive technology solutions. Additionally, the use of video and audio applications can also provide students with great access to the standard curriculum. This paper will provide examples of various multimedia programs along with strategies of how to embed them into a student's educational program.
