Abstract: Abstract: This paper describes a one year follow-up study of international teachers who spent six weeks in the United States (U.S.) at the University of North Dakota in the College of Education and Human Development in North Dakota as funded by the Department of State. The Teaching Excellence and Achievement (TEA) Program included twenty seven international educators (TEA Fellows). An online survey invitation was extended to ascertain their implementation of knowledge and skills resulting from the six-week intensive professional development program.
