Abstract: Description of technology bridges utilized to connect rural undergraduate and graduate students to culturally responsive special education personnel preparation programs. These technology connections facilitate the preparation of teachers and future university faculty who can improve the education of students with disabilities who are culturally diverse and/or English Language Learners through the distance delivery of culturally responsive training in Rural Multicultural Special Education Personnel Preparation Programs.
