Abstract: Quality eLearning applications and resources become the significant aspects determining learner and instructor success in an online education courses. Understanding online users’ satisfaction with these resources is important for development of appropriate eLearning tools and resources. Therefore, this study investigates users’ satisfaction about eLearning applications and resources that are provided within the learning environment of an online educational technology course. The results of the study will provide information and guidance for designing and improving eLearning applications and resources in order to enhancing learning and teaching within online educational technology courses.
