To increase and accustom technology use, a preservice teacher preparation program infused one to one laptop strategy. This study is conducted to understand how the preservice teacher preparation program, that the one to one laptap is integrated, prepares preservice teachers with technology skills, attitude and TPCK. Data are collected through technology skills and attitude survey, TPCK survey, interview, observation of partial participants, and documents. The results are expected to show how the preservice teacher preparation program prepares preservice teachers with technology, what activities are influential on preservice teachers’ technology preparation, and how the program impacts on the technology integration of the novice teachers who graduated from the program.
