Abstract: The NCTM encourages teachers and students to use advanced features of technology to broaden and deepen their mathematics understanding. Web 2.0 is a newly developing technology that offers rich possibilities for building collaborative environments in mathematics instruction. Participating students, teachers, and experts all over the world can use this emerging technology to build a collaborative mathematics learning website. Most high school geometry teachers and students likely have sufficient computing knowledge to build such collaborative environments using the interactive features of Web 2.0 technologies. This paper addresses the interactive features of Web 2.0 technologies, the feasibility of using Web 2.0 technologies ...
