Abstract: Teachers having sufficient skills may hesitate integrating technology in the classroom.Gender differences may play a role in this fact,as males use technology to compete where females use technology to help them attain their goal.Therefore, this study aims at drawing an understanding of what preservice teachers’ gender differences reflection in determining the use and perception of technology.Randomly chosen 10 male and 10 female senior students in English Teaching Department at Anadolu University/Turkey were asked to write 4 sentences for 4 questions on ICT .The results are grouped according to the topics related to the sentences given., and male and female preservice teachers’ reflections on ICT were analyzed.The results may shed light on technology friendly competent teachers’ education .
