Abstract: The paper explores how a Web annotation tool – Diigo supported student collaborative online learning of Internet resources. It examines through a case study how students perceived their learning in a collaborative online activity supported by Diigo and what are the affordances and constraints of the tool. The findings suggest that collaborative Web annotation tools such as Diigo hold promise in supporting collaborative learning of Internet resources.
