Abstract: This paper is a report on the findings to examine the effectiveness of a Professional Development for International Educators Model. Several questionnaires, including Survey of Preservice Teachers’ Knowledge of Teaching and Technology, Online Technologies Self-Efficacy Scale, and Technological Pedagogy Content Knowledge – Web Survey, were used to assess teacher’s knowledge of teaching and technology, self-efficacy to use online technologies, and perspectives about technology and education. Results indicate that the professional development program implemented had a positive impact on international teacher self-efficacy beliefs to use technology, technology knowledge, and pedagogical knowledge.
