Abstract: Inquiry based instruction is an accepted practice in science education. Models such as the 5E approach have long been used in classrooms at all levels of education. As we seek to integrate the ever-emerging technologies into classroom practice care must be taken to make sure that we are building on what is known about teaching and learning.
