Abstract: Abstract: The purpose of this presentation is to provide information about the development and implementation of a collaborative evidence based practice (research) course using hybrid pedagogy. The processes of responding adaptively, rather than reactively, to reduce, reshape and rebuild initiative at one Midwestern university are shared. Included in this adaptive response, educators and students are confronted with applying various online and classroom learning strategies.
