Abstract: The discussion introduces a contemporary economic context and trajectory as information systems integrate into public and higher education. The discussion defines an historical overview of curriculum dissemination tools. The discussion turns to an account of a teacher education program taught at Southwestern University where the participants designed ways to teach with HTML5, combining a useful and flexible reading curriculum.
