Abstract: The case study investigates the mentee’s (veteran faculty) adoption and integration of technology as well as the mentee-mentor interactions within the framework of Rogers’ Diffusion of Innovations theory (2003) and Bandura’s Social Learning Theory (1977). After an initial needs analysis through interviews and class observation, the goal was set to examine and develop the mentee’s research method class in the aspect of emerging technology integration.
