Abstract: The nature of E-portfolio system makes it as an effective approach for collecting variety types of data from students in universities. There is a large intersection among E-Portfolio System, Assessment Management System, and Data Mining System. By utilizing the “E” advantage of the E-portfolio system, the Assessment Management System and Data Mining System can be integrated with the E-portfolio System in order that all the data collected by E-portfolio system can be transformed into useful information by analyzing in the system. Furthermore, all the principles and algorithms can be interpreted by computer programming languages and be built into the system so that results produced by the system can return to user and administrator automatically.
