Abstract: As technology becomes a more important part of every facet of our modern society, educators must deal with an ever increasing gap between how students live and how they learn. Educators have tried with varying degrees of success to incorporate these technologies into the curriculum as the new technologies become available. Individual computers in classrooms were tried first and while they have shown themselves to be beneficial in the classroom, their applications are limited.
