Abstract: Digital Citizenship is a part of the new civil rights. Students, teachers and the educational community need to have the resources to comfortably be on line and to set policy within a school, a district and a learning community.Teaching cyber safety in school is a tremendous challenge. Try as we may, lecturing to students who know more about technology than the teacher is not going to make our children cyber safe.
