A Synergistic Collaborative Learning Model.

Abstract: With the millennial generation now in college, one must ask the question: does a more collaborative approach to instruction better raise student outcomes and increase student satisfaction? This action research paper explores the outcomes of four separate university undergraduate pedagogy classes at a mid-west university. It proposes a model of thought in regard to social and collaborative learning.
