Share Paper: Facilitating Innovative Instructional Modules in a Traditional Classroom

Abstract: This informal narrative shares the influence and impact one adjunct technological facilitator had on a group of state college professors in various disciplines working toward a doctorate in Adult and Community Education/Educational Leadership. Reflection on course materials provides the primary lens for discussing an instructional strategies course showing that at course beginning a majority of the students had barely used technology in their classrooms, but all left with a deeper sense of the importance of technology and a plan for technology variety.
