Abstract: Developing sustainable, meaningful practices is the most difficult, and important, aspect of fostering a culture of evidenced-based learning. A key element of any such effort involves the informed, intentional engagement of a broad range of stakeholders. In order to support this level of engagement, it is essential to understand the impact that learning assessment technologies have on learning, teaching, and managerial behaviors. These observations underscore the importance of developing an effective evaluation model for the implementation of these technologies.
