Abstract: Online discussion forums provide a rich environment for learning, sharing, feedback, community building, and assessment. Learning content through the interactions provided in an online discussion forum can be an important component of internet courses. Content analysis of online discussion forums should provide an assessment of student learning. This study examined asynchronous online discussion forums in order to assess content learning in internet courses.
