Abstract: The paper describes the instructor’s experience and lessons learned in preparing pre-service elementary and secondary school teachers to teach mathematics using inquiry approach and ICT. The course allows teachers to accomplish inquiry learning experience that was lack to them in previous studies. Reflective analysis of the learning process helps them in understanding and conceptualizing components and stages in inquiry-based learning. Pre-service teachers develop inquiry and ICT-based units for their pupils and teach them in their practice teaching. Pupils’ impressions and excitement have significant impact on teachers’ satisfaction and motivate them to use an inquiry-centered approach in further teaching. The paper describes the structure of the course, learning activities and course outputs.
