Abstract: With the millennium development goals (MDGs), technological literacy is fast becoming a common priority among many developing nations. Due to the scarcity of instructional materials that can enhance understanding of the concept of technology among primary school students in Nigeria, a Project-Based DVD developed in Jamaica, was adapted with permission of the authors, and trial-tested in Nigeria. One hundred primary school pupils were selected from two local government areas of Bauchi State, and involved in the study.
