Abstract: This article examines the use of digital writing with late elementary and early middle school students in a writing project model summer camp. Students’ written blogs and their response to a digital writing survey were analyzed for emergent themes to include their perceptions of writing in general and digital writing specifically. The researchers’ goal was to explore how these late elementary and early middle school students saw the impact of technology on how they wrote and how they thought about writing.
