ID: 38560
Abstract: A collaborative project between The Florida State University and Ubon Ratchathani University in Thailand aims to improve English proficiency of Thai students by utilizing educational technology such as web-based instruction, mobile learning, and social media. In order to assess performance problems, English learning culture is discussed based on existing research, interviews, and field observation. The results suggest that web-assisted instruction of English should help to improve the students’ performance.
