Abstract: To develop a baseline for design and development of integrated modules/activities that support preparation of teacher candidates in use of technologies as instructional tools across all grade levels and content areas, the researchers investigated perceptions of teacher candidates competence and confidence levels in skills and use of digital tools. The intent was to determine if teacher candidates were gaining sufficient levels of competence and confidence in integrated digital tools to support future classroom use.
