Abstract: Unique challenges for early career teachers in urban and rural schools, and graduates of remote distance education teacher licensure programs reveal the need for sustained community engagement, professional development, ongoing reflection and collective discourse. Building upon prior technology-mediated projects, researchers propose integrating refined technology uses to support an online mentoring program.
