Abstract: Beliefs influence decisions made whether professional or personal. Exploration of beliefs on usage of technology and its application in pedagogy is necessary to assess the impact on learning outcomes and pedagogy. Exploration of evidence and case study of a professor and technology instructor team approach to utilizing technology for content delivery will be discussed. Discussion of advantages and obstacles will be candidly discussed to promote analysis and synthesis of the myths of online learning and ultimately the usage of video lecture capture technology.
