Abstract: ROGI is a method developed by researchers that allows the facilitation of remote observations of graduate interns completing their student teaching experience. First employed in 2008 in 13 counties surrounding UNC Charlotte, ROGI’s implementation has increased outreach to include 40 counties in North Carolina. This paper discusses the rationale for the use of ROGI at various stages in time since 2008. Future expansion opportunities are addressed.
