Abstract: The primary intent of this study is to investigate a Title II teacher-quality endeavor that simultaneously supported the professional development of practicing in-service teachers and preservice teachers. Major goals of the project include better understanding the resources needed to strengthen an already-existing unique partnership between a college of education and local school district, and to facilitate professional development activities to ensure that teachers, highly-qualified paraprofessionals, and preservice teachers are trained in the skills needed to use technology to enhance student learning in STEAM. Data is currently being collected, and will be analyzed an included in full proceedings.
