Abstract: Quality gets its meaning from the individual, their perspective and their experience. Quality has a different meaning for everyone (Harvey and Green, 1993). There are many elements impacting the quality of a course or more accurately stated, a student’s perceived quality of a course. This study will utilize a mixed method research strategy to gain insight into the way student’s perceived course quality in an online course is possibly impacted by changes in their anxiety level based on participatory activities.
