Abstract: Online learning has changed the dynamics, access, and opportunities for students learning. Students can engage in learning at their convenience as well as balance learning with their work and family schedule. The motivators of anytime learning, shorter class schedules, and a structured approach to completing a degree or program offers incentives to working adults, those in rural areas, and students who are not able to attend a traditional setting either through choice or opportunity.
