Abstract: Teacher candidates discovered lessons about collaboration, technology integration, and the power of reflection in a technology professional learning community. The researchers led three years of technology professional learning communities with teacher candidates focused on integrating technology into their lessons during student teaching. Participants experienced multiple benefits including collaborating with classmates on lesson planning, exploring new uses of technology with peers, learning to engage students using technology, and sharing new uses of technology with their cooperating teacher.
