Abstract: The purpose of this qualitative study was to investigate how pre-service elementary teachers make technology integration instructional decisions and how those decisions are informed by their developing technology integration teacher identities. The implications for further development of technology integration theory, facilitating the preparation of elementary educators to make pedagogically sound technology integration decisions, along with teacher preparation programmatic planning are discussed.
