Abstract: The participants in this experiment were undergraduate students in Special Education major, at a mid-size public university in New York. In two groups participated, one group had a real lecture provided by the guest speaker in a classroom, while the other group watched the recorded video that had the same content by the guest speaker. The video was recorded simultaneously, when the guest speaker presented her lecture. Regarding initial finding through simple calculation of the data collected, the primitive finding shows that learning outcomes of students who watched the video lecture did not reveal a significant difference.
