Abstract: This online multimedia collaborative research study was designed to support six tenure-track faculty in learning, teaching, and applying research-validated Content Enhancement Routines in online college classes, so students can be successful. The Content Enhancement Routines were selected to transform key information, so that all students can master critical course content. This second year of research describes a collaborative effort of six education faculty at one small rural southern university who supported online student learning.
