Abstract: The “flipped” classroom has received a lot of buzz and there is a lot of interest in adopting this methodology, but little professional development teaching how to implement successfully with practical examples. I have officially finished my third year of teaching blended courses at The STEM Academy, and have co-authored an FETC STEM Excellence award winning transdisciplinary curriculum. I would like to showcase the joys and pains of how I have successfully utilized web 2.0 tools such as Blendspace, Zaption, Google Classroom, theanswerpad.com, flipgrid and GAFE to create a green, paperless, and ultimately flipped classroom available at my students fingertips, everywhere wi-fi is available. This session will benefit educators at the middle and high grades level.
