Abstract: The poster will illustrate a systems theory approach to explain the interdependent relationships among instructional technology, teacher education, and program evaluations. Other key factors, which are associated with the promotion of continuous improvement of teaching and learning, are presented in the poster session. The impact of systems thinking, high leverage activities, and data driven decisions are considered with examples of each.
