Abstract: With the advancement and normalization of technology it has become easier for undergraduate and graduate students to earn a degree on their own time. Our research focuses on on-campus graduate assistants completing a fully online graduate program. Through our research, we examined the distinct differences between the college level classroom setting and the online learning environment of higher education at the undergraduate and graduate level. To better understand the situation, a case study featuring traditional college students obtaining a bachelor degree transitioning to an online master's program is being completed.
