Abstract: Computer technology in the classroom is becoming ubiquitous, Access to the Internet has also seen steady increases over the past few decades. According to the Pew Research Center for Internet, Science and Tech in 2000 only about 52% of adults had access to the Internet but has increased to 84% in 2015. According to a recent study, Falloon indicates that apps could achieve a targeted learning outcome if they had a “clear learning goal, structure and guidance. In this brief paper we suggest a usability paradigm that will allow educators, teachers and parents an appropriate selection strategy.
