Abstract: The study explored the effect of Computer-Based Instruction (CBI) used as stimuli for reducing communication barriers of a high school student who has inability to speak in a classroom environment, but whose communication is not affected in other situations. This study followed a single-subject ABAB research design. CBI included regular use of Google Classroom and Google apps. The results of the study indicate that the first treatment phase led to significant increase in both student responses and student posed questions, with strong positive correlation between these two measures.
