Abstract: New challenges of ICT aided education are discussed in the paper, with presented examples of utilization of dynamic mathematical software GeoGebra in teaching basic courses of university mathematics and geometry at technical universities Visualization of basic concepts, relations and dependencies appearing in mathematical models is undoubtedly an integral part of the educational in maths Dynamic models play one of the formative roles in the process of knowledge acquisition, as they stimulate cognitive processes and enable development of life, interactively manipulative cognitive connections Dynamic constructions and manipulations are the most powerful features of software GeoGebra, which can be fruitfully utilised in many cognitive situations as a very instructive presentation tool In addition to interactive modelling in the plane, one can prepare dynamic applets for visualization of 3D scenes with the option of stereoscopic projection giving the real 3D impression of the constructed problem Thus, a very powerful didactic tool is available for teaching geometry, enabling not only to explain better stereometric relations in 3D, but also to attract students in an unusual way ( visiting 3D cinema) to study and understand space relations in complexity Dynamics opens ways to discover connections, and to understand mutual dependencies, processes that are more important than a fragmented knowledge acquired by memorizing.
