Abstract: In higher education, the intention was to create curricular spaces for on-campus students are interwoven with the larger curricular spaces of offline students. Despite the advantage that academic advising has been shown to provide, many online students fail to use academic advising services (Jones & Hansen, 2014), and colleges and universities continue to struggle access to academic advising for off-campus students (Gravel, 2012). This view from a window will show the separate, but not equal realities in education that double marginalizes online students through inequalities in students support services.
