Abstract: Technology binds or blinds us? In this symposium, we outline stories from different educational institutions around the world where the technology may be limited but pedagogy is plenty (Paulo Freire). Each presenter first shares our personal experiences related to their teaching technology second they showcase our students' projects that are developed with limited technology and resources.
